When Adobe moved to a corporate strategy based on Adobe Acrobat as the electronic equivalent of paper, they chose Expert Support to create the training for OEMs and VARs using the Acrobat API to build enterprise solutions for clients. Expert Support has built several courses that are used as a basis for Adobe’s Acrobat certification course.
Expert Support has also helped Adobe create and update developer documentation for product SDKs, including both usage documentation and reference documentation generated from code, as well as internal documentation for tools and core infrastructure components such as security systems and support for web services.
