Who We Are
Founded in 1990, Expert Support is a technical communications firm. We cater to a number of blue-chip Silicon Valley companies. Our differentiating capability is producing volumes of API docs and similar hard-core technical documents for professional software developers. We also produce effective documentation for IT professionals, systems administrators, and end users. In many cases, we help set up, organize, and streamline technical communications systems and work processes based on best practices.
